Position Overview:   

Our Sales Operations Team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking a talented Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to support their efforts. The ideal candidate is process and detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights and partnering closely with our sales team to implement improvements. You will analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports, conducting sales forecasting, and assisting with sales planning and strategy.

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

 

Your Impact: 

  • Sales Support and Enablement 
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy and improve their productivity. 
  • Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. 
  • Assist in the administration and optimization of the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting 
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans to drive sales growth and profitability. 
  • Develop and implement sales dashboards, reports, and sales forecasting models and tools to support sales planning and track sales performance and effectiveness. 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics. 
  • Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives. 
  • Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and workflows.

 

What You Bring: 

  • 5+ years experience in a commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology, consulting, or software industry 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill data into clear insights 
  • Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency 
  • Proven ability to support and enable sales teams 
  • Experience with GTM strategies, sales processes, and automation tools 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail 
  • Experience working within the Healthcare industry a plus 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 

 

Geographic Responsibility: This role does require office hours occasionally in our Boston office but is otherwise remote. 

Type of Employment: Full-time, permanent 

FLSA Classification (USA Only): Exempt

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $135,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
