What You’ll Do

• Deliver Oracle Cloud ERP Finance capabilities and enhancements, using Agile practices
• Own end‑to‑end solution delivery for Oracle ERP Finance initiatives: requirements and design, build, SIT/UAT support, cutover, and production stabilization.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for:
Integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and surrounding systems (e.g., using OIC, APIs, middleware, and batch interfaces).
Reporting and data extracts (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher reports, data feeds for analytics platforms like Atlas FX, FDS, EPM, and tax reporting solutions).
Configuration and extensions within Oracle Cloud ERP Finance, ensuring they align with global design and control standards.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Finance Technology, and implementation partners (e.g., Deloitte) to ensure future‑state designs are scalable, secure, and aligned with program scope and SOW commitments.
Functional & Process Ownership

  • Act as a key technology partner to Finance stakeholders for Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Treasury and FX, and Project Accounting processes.

  • Translate business requirements and BRD/FSD artifacts into robust functional and technical designs, ensuring traceability from requirements to configuration, integrations, and test cases.

  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities (workflows, rules, advanced controls, EDMCS, etc.) while keeping customizations minimal.

SDLC, Controls & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and control frameworks, including change management, access management, testing rigor, and documentation, supporting SOX/ITGC and audit readiness for finance systems.

  • Implement and monitor quality metrics across development, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), defect management, and release readiness.

  • Collaborate with PMO and Testing Leads to align release plans, cutover activities, and hypercare support across multiple workstreams.

People Leadership

  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team that includes Oracle Cloud developers and functional analysts; set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.

  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and collaboration across locations and with external partners.

  • Model and reinforce best practices in Agile delivery, documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team communication.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Finance, PMO, and Managed Services leads to prioritize work, manage trade‑offs, and align on roadmaps and SLAs.

  • Coordinate with implementation and managed services partners on scope, estimates, and delivery responsibilities, ensuring clear RACI and strong execution against commitments.

  • Communicate status, risks, and decisions crisply to senior stakeholders, including Finance and Technology leadership.
