The Client Project Manager is responsible for defining, scoping, and managing one or multiple medium‑sized or moderately complex client projects within the implementation partner ecosystem. The role ensures that client objectives, technical requirements, and commercial expectations are met by orchestrating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong alignment with both internal stakeholders and the client.

This position operates across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption—or may cover specific phases within a larger enterprise program. The Client Project Manager collaborates extensively with Sales, Solution/Systems Engineering, Product Development, Support, Finance, and other Professional Services teams to deliver successful outcomes.

About the role.
In this opportunity, as a Client Project Manager you will:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Drive execution across the lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go‑live.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional participation (Sales, SEs, Product, Support, etc.).
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and contractual standards.
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
  • Track actuals vs. estimates, including utilization of billable resources across teams.
  • Support forecasting and revenue recognition in collaboration with Professional Services leadership.
  • Identify change order triggers early and participate in drafting, negotiation, and approval workflows.
    • In partner ecosystems, repeated change orders may indicate scope gaps or partner skill issues, and the CPM is expected to surface such patterns proactively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintain a structured RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) process.
  • Ensure escalation paths are understood and followed by both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with regional, contractual, or partner‑specific constraints (e.g., Corporates EU/US vs AEM vs LATAM differences).
  • Contribute to scoping and LOE (level‑of‑effort) estimates, collaborating with Solutions Engineering and Delivery.
  • Validate assumptions, dependencies, and constraints during planning phases.
  • Create and maintain project baseline documents (e.g., SoW alignment, WBS, resource plan).
  • Ensure planning rigor reflects partner maturity, regional differences, and historical delivery metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client during implementation.
  • Lead client meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with client sponsors, partner leaders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure transparency, expectation management, and clear communication throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, ensuring alignment with methodologies, scope, responsibilities, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor partner utilization, certification progress, and skill readiness for assigned projects.
  • Identify patterns of repeated change orders or delivery challenges and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support partner enablement and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

About you:
You are a good fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Advanced English proficiency. Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading customer projects, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
  • Experience managing mid‑sized implementation projects in a SaaS, ERP, fintech, or enterprise software context.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery models.
  • Experience working with or through channel/implementation partners.
  • Solid grasp of project methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

To apply you must submit an updated version of your resume in English.
