Primary Responsibilities:

Provides technical direction and support for low voltage and audio-visual solutions and services. Provides desktop support duties as needed to troubleshoot desktop issues and participate in the completion of service requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of installation and support, product and solution selection, and operational training of business users of selected solutions within the clinical/administrative facilities. Position will also serve to assist the IT Systems Manager in the low-voltage planning for renovations and new clinic sites and will require attendance of onsite meetings and review of work performed within various clinic site projects. Must possess the ability to apply in-depth level of technical skills to solve common and complex technical issues associated with selected solutions and services and the ability to communicate with customers and partners as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ years of experience with Cabling and digital media/AV services support
  • Experience in support of low voltage and audio-visual related network and desktop system infrastructure components
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and detailed oriented
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and excels in team and individual environments
  • Knowledge of change management processes and maintenance windows to ensure changes do not affect the availability of enterprise systems
  • Understanding of rack space management, patch cable management, power allocation and management
  • Understanding of IEEE specifications for systems and network cabling
  • Solid knowledge of current audio-visual systems
  • Knowledge of Windows-based desktop systems and services
  • Valid Texas driver's license and access to reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Certifications: MCP\MCSA
  • Experience in the health care industry
  • Experience with setting up new facility data and digital signage/Audio-visual services


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
