Responsibilities:

- Create and deepen a portfolio of local relationships and community development organizations that position Citi as an innovator in Financial Inclusion and Community Development.
- Management and ownership of contribution and grant budget to develop innovative solutions in Citi’s priority areas
- Participate in and support Citi’s regulatory obligations by working towards achieving an “Outstanding” rating via fulfillment of annual performance targets, fulfilling commitments and providing performance context.
- Participate and coordinate in qualified activities that include delivery of financial capability activities with non-profits & schools and positioning of Senior Management on nonprofit boards.
- Assess reputational risk to the franchise and work with Government Relations, National Initiatives Team, and respective Citi businesses to devise appropriate solutions.
- Lead and convene community partners and influencers to identify consistent community needs and champion Citi’s efforts and support to address these issues.
- Represent Citi at public events, community meetings, press conferences and at internal and external visibility opportunities
- Identify and understand Citi businesses and how to leverage their respective product sets to benefit low and/or moderate income consumers.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in community development work, nonprofit management, public policy initiatives, philanthropy, or banking/lending experience.
- Experience in innovative program development, charitable contributions and/or Foundation grant writing
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

Requisitos:
Formación académica: Posgrado o maestría en Gestión Cultural, Museos, Comunicación, Educación o afines
Experiencia
• 7 a 10 años de experiencia en gestión cultural, museos o espacios culturales
• Experiencia liderando equipos y coordinando proyectos multidisciplinarios
• Experiencia en diseño e implementación de programas culturales y educativos
• Relación con instituciones culturales y desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas
Conocimientos técnicos
• Gestión de museos y espacios culturales
• Conservación y exhibición de patrimonio artístico
• Desarrollo de contenidos culturales y educativos
• Gestión de proyectos y operación de programas
Idiomas
• Inglés avanzado (deseable/indispensable según definición)
