ServiceNow’s App Engine business unit is focused on empowering enterprises with a low-code platform that enables rapid application development and governance at scale. Our low-code governance domain helps ensure security, compliance, and best practices across app development. We are a team of experienced and passionate product managers who drive product vision, define customer needs, and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
Role
We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to help drive our low-code governance product strategy in our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product capabilities, managing them from concept to delivery, and ensuring that they align with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build solutions that empower developers while maintaining governance and compliance standards.
What you get to do in this role:
Translate product strategy into product capabilities and manage them through the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with researchers and designers to define, validate, and test innovative product ideas.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate concepts, and identify opportunities.
Create feature plans, storyboards, and wireframes to communicate product requirements to design and development teams.
Collaborate with engineering on release management, addressing risks and dependencies.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap for short-term and long-term releases.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to ensure successful product releases and adoption.
Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging to the central pricing team.
Continuously engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
10+ years of experience with 5+ years in product management for Enterprise or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, governance, and application development.
Working knowledge of modern web development platforms and languages, including JavaScript, SQL, REST, and related frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
Experience working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams in a global setting.
High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset.
