Job Description

Visa’s Global Data Office develops and manages a portfolio of innovative data solutions powering multiple lines of business, government, and merchant clients. These products deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and unlock opportunities for growth and customer engagement. The Data Product Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data products across their lifecycle, with a strong focus on analytics, insights, and AI-driven recommendations

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers on data products, supporting pipeline management, sales enablement, and cross-functional projects with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Own feedback tracking for all supported products: organize, manage, and synthesize client, user, and internal input to inform product improvements and prioritization.
  • Manage client onboarding and workspace setup processes across the product portfolio, ensuring seamless experiences and accurate billing.
  • Address client inquiries and product-related issues, working with marketing to create product collateral, case studies, and demo assets.
  • Support development of AI-powered features and data-driven insights to enhance product value.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and generating actionable recommendations for optimization.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 


Qualifications

Basics Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience collaborating with or directly supporting product managers in requirement gathering, backlog grooming, and product lifecycle activities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar, advanced degrees are a plus.
3+ years of experience in a data analysis, consulting, product, or project management role, SaaS or digital product experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, able to interpret and translate complex data for diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks across concurrent initiatives.
Experience working with issuer and acquirer focused data products.
Exposure to building or supporting new data or AI driven products.
Familiarity with card portfolio analytics, issuer or acquirer business models, and payments KPIs.
Technical background or familiarity with data engineering, analytics, or AI or ML concepts.
Strong understanding of data visualization and insights generation (dashboards, recommendation engines).
Proficiency with modern analytics tools and experience with AI or ML frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with product or project management platforms.
