Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Reinforce Key Account Management by bridging AbbVie Portfolio and External Customer needs to deliver given goals through In-Field Team Excellence and their proper and timely deployment in the field.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build an effective working influence network internally and externally to carry out account management optimization within the assigned commercial area. Contribute in driving prioritized strategies through the AbbVie Portfolio by integrating organizational and individual goals.

•Align with company and brand goals to manage price negotiation, tender management and margin optimization for the AbbVie portfolio, ensuring price erosion remains within defined KPIs.
•Be responsible for new product and line-extension listings and manage the business impact of pricing and access decisions at assigned accounts.
•Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with Key Decision Makers / KOLs and relevant stakeholders (e.g. pharmacists, anesthesia leaders, purchasing and management teams).
•Lead Ultane business in key accounts: work closely with the BU to coordinate Ultane strategy across key accounts and own account-level strategy and execution for Ultane in designated strategic hospitals, including tender protection, renewal and expansion, in alignment with BU.
•Develop and implement integrated KAM account plans, including Ultane, with clear resource allocation and measurable objectives; ensure timely implementation in collaboration with commercial management.

•Participate in Brand Team Meetings and IFT team meetings to ensure alignment of account strategy, key messages and execution plans across functions.
•Collect and share market intelligence (competitor activities, tender dynamics, clinical practice trends) to support scenario planning and decision-making for Ultane and the broader AbbVie portfolio.


Qualifications

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION
•College or University degree qualifications
•5 years of sales experience (district manager experience preferred) in pharmaceutical or health-care industry and/or at least 2 years of key account management experience in listing, pricing, tender and contract management
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional cooperation; presentation and proficient negotiation skills
•Good at numeric concept
•Teamwork and customer-service oriented
•English: conversation level
