    The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals with increasing independence using CRM tools and established playbooks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute end‑to‑end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual intervention.
    • Close customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on time execution.
    • Drive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales plays.
    • Monitor account auto‑renewal status and intervene when auto‑renewals are disabled to prevent churn.
    • Work directly with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactions.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tracking tools.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives on larger cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
    • Engage and when needed partner with Customer Success Managers to support retention and adoption efforts during post‑sale engagements.
    • Provide light‑touch support to authorized partners.
    • Share insights on churn risks, renewal blockers, and missed upsell opportunities across internal teams.
    • Gather and deliver customer feedback related to products, packaging, and renewal experience.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer‑facing sales roles.
    • Experience closing deals or renewals, including customer communication and follow‑up.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and priorities concurrently.
    • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
    • Experience using CRM or renewal tracking systems.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology sales environment.
    • Prior exposure to subscription‑based or renewal‑driven sales models.
    • Experience supporting seat expansions or upsell opportunities during renewals.
    • Familiarity working with procurement teams and contract‑driven renewals.
    • Experience collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success, and partner organizations.
    • Ability to identify churn risks and recommend proactive retention actions.
    • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, metric-driven sales environment.

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $60,800 and $108,900. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
