Job Details
Citi's US in-house creative agency is seeking a highly motivated Creative Project Manager to oversee the development of high-volume digital and print marketing assets. This role demands a proven ability to skillfully manage competing priorities across creative copy and design initiative, ideally within a dynamic agency setting. This person will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of innovative and dynamic assets that strictly adhere to brand guidelines, client messaging, and ADA compliance, all while navigating tight schedules with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Routing, processing and understanding all aspects of the creative projects
- Managing multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines
- Collaborating with cross-functional leadership to manage client experience and expectations; ensuring projects align with business needs
- Managing the entire job intake process, including assessing requests, processing feedback and releasing final deliverables
- Holding creative team accountable for deadlines and deliverables
- Demonstrating Citi’s purpose of making every client’s progress our passion
- Partners with marketing product professionals as well as front office product experts to assist in the design and produce necessary marketing materials.

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years’ experience
- PgMP or PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years in project management experience
- Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative work style to partner effectively with various levels within organization
- Experience developing project plan, scope and timeline
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner
- Multi-tasking and organization skills with ability to create and manage a process calendar
- Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks
- Strategic thinking with the ability to untangle complex issues
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising or related field or equivalent experience
