About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for hospitals, healthcare administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about investigation, collaboration, and driving process improvements that enhance patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a key liaison between hospitals, internal sales reps, marketing, and other stakeholders
- Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
