    Position Overview 

    Autodesk is seeking a strategic, user-centric Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of capabilities that improve seller productivity across our global sales organization. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and UX to streamline workflows, enhance tooling, and ensure sellers can focus more time on customer engagement and revenue-generating activities. 

    Responsibilities

    • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for parts of the seller productivity initiatives 

    • Conduct discovery with sellers and sales leaders to identify workflow friction and unmet needs 

    • Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics. 

    • Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement to deliver scalable solutions 

    • Drive implementation, prioritization, and delivery across agile teams. 

    • Measure product impact, iterate based on performance, and champion continuous improvement 

    • Promote alignment and adoption across the global sales ecosystem 

    • Lead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've defined 

    • Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practices 

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools or enterprise sales systems 

    • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) 

    • Deep domain expertise in enterprise Sales including best practices to drive value empowering product experiences to support industry-leading Account Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Planning and Performance, and Sales Enablement 

    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences – internal, external, business, and technical 

    • Demonstrated ability to use data to define problems, measure impact, and make decisions 

    • Proven success driving cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise sales environments 

    • Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees

    • Background in user research, workflow optimization, or design thinking 

    • You are a passionate learner and interested in discovering and applying next generation technology
