FP&A Product Manager

Global Finance Technology (GFT) is a Finance strategy and solutions team that partners working to drive finance technology initiatives. The team represents Finance, Controls, Risk and Compliance teams by assessing operational Finance impacts to any new initiative, ensuring that EG systems support any changes, and provide continuous reporting accuracy and SOX compliance.

GFT additionally serves to assess and manage this cross-functional work across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Fraud, Billing, Payments, and FP&A. GFT's mission is to enable EG to run and expand the business by supporting initiatives that generate new streams of revenue, projects resulting in cost-savings, product enhancements, and new regulatory requirements. GFT acts as the voice of Finance in these initiatives ensuring compliance and no impact to the business for any project releases.

What you'll do:

• Product Management: Lead multiple FP&A initiatives simultaneously from concept to launch, including roadmap development, execution and close-out.

  • Key focus on gathering and prioritizing requirements and translating into clear specifications for developers

  • Hone a deep product understanding to better understand user needs and solutions, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and driving product vision

• Stakeholder Coordination: Secure resourcing across the product and technology teams required to execute the project. Collaboration with various teams such as Engineering, Finance and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with FP&A projects

Who you are:

• A minimum of 7+ years of recent and relevant experience

• Extensive professional experience working with financial processes, project management, finance requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities

• Sufficient finance experience required to help the project launch team identify and incorporate the necessary financial reporting and internal control elements into the systems or tools that are developed to support new business activities

• Experience with PMO software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint

• Passion for delivering process improvement across the finance organization

• A deep sense of ownership, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, drive positive change across the organization, and enhance partnerships between FP&A and various finance and IT groups

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing through ambiguity and complexity, and demonstrating an ability to support multiple, simultaneous, project launches at any one time

• Experience using Oracle Cloud EPM preferred

• Experience with travel technology preferred
