Citi Campus Ambassadors are key members of the Early Career recruitment team and provide an on-campus presence at University Relations schools across North America. Campus Ambassadors work with a University Relations Specialist to create an on-campus strategy that can engage students throughout the school year.​

Your time here will look something like this.

Through engagements with classmates, peers, student organizations, career partners, faculty, and staff, Campus Ambassadors are hired to represent the firm as a whole and promote all Early Career Programs to undergraduate students across ​departments, academic years, and majors at their respective institution. Throughout the academic year, Campus Ambassadors will be expected to meet with students to discuss our Early Career opportunities, and their individual experience at Citi. Campus Ambassador may also review resumes, assist with interview preparation, aid students in understanding Citi Early Career options, and host keep warm events.

We want to hear from you if…

• You are a current Summer Analyst at time of application​

• You will not graduate before April 2026 ​

• You will not be studying abroad at any time during the 2025 -2026 school year ​

• You are able to commit to working a maximum of 20 hours per month from August 2025 through April 2026

• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future

Summer Analyst applicants must also meet the following qualifications to be considered for the role:

• Must receive positive Citi recruiter and business manager feedback during summer internship​

• Must receive a return offer for a Full –Time Analyst role in summer 2026

• Must complete all required Citi LMS trainings and have zero outstanding at time of offer​

Education

Must be currently working on an undergraduate bachelor's or master's degree at a University Relations partner school.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $155,000.00

Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked.
 

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:

$28.84 - $74.51
