- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
- Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak fluently in order to communicate with customers in The Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering against operational and output goals, in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with scarce resources.
- Knowledge of the Central Europe online advertising and retail markets.
- Ability to utilize and partner effectively with supporting teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to synthesize and surface business insights to inform and develop business strategy, as well as to comprehend and align needs from different stakeholders with an influential approach.

- Work with merchants across a selected market to advise them on their Shopping campaign strategy. Manage a dedicated client portfolio applying best practice for portfolio management and consistent service levels.
- Develop and maintain Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite.
- Deliver against key operational KPIs.
- Apply customer-facing best practices to engage with merchants and agencies to understand their priorities and manage expectations.
- Help selected merchants grow their Return on Investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
