    Build and maintain software solutions that enable internal teams to interact with cloud resources and applications securely.
    Create applications and tools that provide actionable security items as well as tools for other Relativity developers to easily produce secure software.
    Advise engineering teams on the design and implementation of a secure SDLC for the products they own.
    Administer our cloud environment by managing access and enforcing secure configuration.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Role Responsibilities  

    What are the core duties of this role? 

    • Build and operate internal Identity and Access Management / Cloud Security tooling. 

    • Apply software development best practices. 

    • Reduce technical debt through automation. 

    • Advocate for security improvements and mentor others. 

    Minimum qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience. 

    • 2+ years of commercial experience in software development (C#, Python, Java or other general-purpose modern programming language) with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures. 

    • Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure), DevSecOps practices, and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions). 

    • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn across engineering and security domains. 

    • Ability to take feedback and strive for continual improvement. 

    Preferred qualifications: 

    • Experience securing cloud-native applications / SaaS solutions and networks. 

    • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and threat protection. 

    • Relevant certifications: 

    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500). 

    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300). 

    • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). 

    • Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    172 000 and 258 000PLN

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
