PowerToFly, the leading global platform for diversity recruiting and retention, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative located in LATAM or APAC to join our remote, global Sales Team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving new business growth. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting to build the top of funnel pipeline for a team of Account Executives using SalesForce, Outreach, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research and create prospect cadences, targeting decision-makers in specific regions and industry segments.
- Maintain a high level of front-end activity by engaging new leads through a multi-channel approach, including email, LinkedIn engagement, cold calling, and video messaging.
- Achieve monthly quotas including self-sourced completed introductory meetings qualified opportunities resulting closed-won revenue.
- Efficiently coordinate and execute data collection initiatives, demonstrating strong organizational skills to gather, verify, and maintain accurate datasets, while also conducting periodic data cleaning processes to ensure data integrity and reliability for analysis purposes.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years of relevant prospecting and lead generation experience.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong data focus with the ability to listen to customers, analyze data, and suggest tailored solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Inside Sales Experience: Experience in inside sales is a valuable asset.
- HR Services or SaaS Sales: Prior experience in selling HR services or SaaS products is highly advantageous.
