Job Details
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa’s global consulting organization, delivering data‑driven insights and strategic advisory services to Visa’s clients. The Manager will lead client engagements, manage day‑to‑day client relationships, and deliver high‑impact consulting solutions that support client growth and performance.
This role is client‑facing and requires strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with close collaboration across Visa teams.
What a Manager Will Do
- Lead and manage client‑facing consulting engagements, serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Translate client business challenges into structured problem statements, analytical approaches, and actionable recommendations
- Develop and deliver high‑quality client presentations and insights for executive audiences
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
- Collaborate with internal Visa partners (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk) to deliver integrated solutions
- Support opportunity identification and engagement expansion with existing clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting delivery excellence and professional development

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, analytics, financial services, payments, or technology‑enabled advisory roles
- Proven experience managing client-facing consulting engagements, acting as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously, balancing delivery quality, timelines, and commercial objectives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business issues into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk)
- High level of ownership and accountability for client satisfaction, quality of delivery, and team performance
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive‑level audiences
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required and Spanish strongly preferred for client coverage in Latin America
