Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced New Models Program Director to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) division. This role will play a critical part in building out new models, managing manufacturer programs, and overseeing the deal registration process. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of channel sales, selling to end customers, and complex deal structuring, including program elements and financials. This is a North America leadership role focused on program execution and results, requiring the ability to work and manage within a matrix environment while driving strategy, business development, and relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and execute new model programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for rebates, deal registration, marketing, and program execution.
- Will work closely with sales teams to provide data analytics and insight to help create campaign and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and manage manufacturer programs, ensuring successful deal registration and compliance.
- Drive program performance, monitor results, and implement strategic improvements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams to enhance brand positioning and profitability.
- Leverage sales data, SLAs, and metrics to optimize processes and drive team effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally within a matrixed environment to align resources and execute on program strategies.
- Mentor and develop talent within the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Create and execute a vision for the program, ensuring sales and profitability growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure unified vendor and Arrow strategy alignment.
- Develop and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and program execution.
What We Are Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or program management within the IT channel.
- Strong expertise in manufacturer programs, deal registration processes, and rebate structures.
- Deep understanding of channel sales, selling to end customers, and complex deal structuring.
- Proven ability to manage vendor and customer relationships at a strategic level.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
