Set-up and operate on CNC 3 or 5 axis machines.
Perform manual deburring, blending and general inspection.
Perform basic troubleshooting of machines.
Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
Maintain day to day 6S lean activities to create a safe work environment.
Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma or NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 years’ experience in operate CNC or Conventional machining with general inspection skills.
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.
Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach.
Willing to work permanent Night Shift and overtime on need basis.
Relevant experience in 5 axis CNC machining.
Relevant experience in Tool setting, Zoller measurement.
Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
