I’m Bonnie and I lead our Go-to-Market and Ops recruiting team here at Zapier and I’m excited to bring two N. America-based Sr. Recruiters to join our growing team at Zapier! As a Sr. Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to your hiring partners and help bring great talent to Zapier.

One of our new team members will be focused primarily on recruiting for our sales roles, helping to build out our Enterprise Sales teams.
The other new team member will be flexible and comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders, and could find themselves partnering with marketing, finance, legal support, people, business operations, or our ecosystems team.

You have 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a software or technology company.
You’ve hired for sales professionals - especially Account Executives - in a SaaS environment OR you’ve hired across the full spectrum of Go-to-Market and Operations roles.
You're already using AI in your work and you're eager to be a part of an AI-first company.
You enjoy building, whether that’s building new teams that have never existed, working in a startup environment, or building new processes and ways of doing things.
You’re comfortable with change. Priorities shift, teams evolve, and you adapt quickly while staying grounded in your goals. .
You’re a trusted talent partner, not just a process runner. You help hiring managers think clearly, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions.
You care deeply about inclusive hiring and actively work to reduce bias in sourcing, screening, and interviews.
You’re self-directed and organized. You know how to manage pipelines, expectations, and your time without needing constant oversight.
You believe candidate experience matters, and you’ve implemented evolutions to processes to improve candidate experience.
You use data to inform decisions, spot issues early, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
You’re resourceful, curious, and willing to dig in to find answers.
You’re consistently helpful, to candidates, hiring managers, and teammates alike.
No two weeks will look exactly the same, but you’ll regularly:
Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates.
Build deep partnerships with your hiring partners enabling you to serve as a trusted talent partner to the business.
Meet or exceed our high standards for candidate experience, facilitating a best-in-class, inclusive, and inspiring hiring process for candidates from all backgrounds
Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, and consistently make 2-4 hires/month for our GTM or Ops teams.
Consistently leverage data and a wide range of technology including AI and automation tools to drive improvement in our hiring processes.
Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation internally by experimenting, piloting, and innovating new workflows and solutions for our stakeholders.
Occasionally travel (about 5–10%) for company retreats.
