Job Purpose
Provide project-based support to the QMS team and Quality Department to gain exposure and experience in the desired field of study.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support team with current projects and initiatives
- Assist with special assignments, including data gathering, AI agent testing, etc.
- Ensure QMS processes, procedures, forms, templates, and other documents are kept up to date
- Observe team members and learn about their role in the business
Qualifications
- Candidate should be enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field of study such as business administration, business management, information management, information technology, etc.
- The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and writing skills, and strong quantitative and computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Extremely high attention to detail
