    Role Overview

    The Manager, Renewals AMER (hub-based/hybrid) leads and develops a team of Digital Renewals Sales Representatives (DSRs) responsible for managing high-volume, transactional, digitally-led customer renewals. This role is accountable for driving consistent quota attainment, renewal rate performance, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence across a scaled, inside sales motion.

    The AMER Renewals Manager is expected to lead the team in-office, providing hands-on coaching, real-time deal and activity support, and close performance management to maximize customer retention and recurring revenue. This is a people-first leadership role requiring strong digital sales acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced renewals environment.

    **This role is expected to be in the hub 3 days per week.**

    Key Responsibilities

    People Leadership & In-Office Team Management

    • Lead, coach, and manage one or more in-office teams of Digital Renewals Sales Representatives (DSRs) to achieve and exceed renewal quotas and performance targets.

    • Maintain a strong, consistent in-office leadership presence to drive collaboration, accountability, and real-time coaching.

    • Set clear expectations for digital sales behaviors, activity standards, productivity, and customer engagement quality.

    • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, call reviews, and live coaching sessions focused on digital selling effectiveness.

    • Oversee onboarding, ramp, and continuous skill development for DSRs, including objection handling, value articulation, and renewal execution.

    • Proactively address performance gaps through structured coaching plans, documented feedback, and clear improvement milestones.

    Digital Renewals Strategy & Execution

    • Own execution of digital, high-velocity renewal motions across assigned customer segments.

    • Drive disciplined account prioritization, workflow management, and daily execution aligned to renewal calendars.

    • Identify and mitigate renewal risk through early signal monitoring and targeted intervention.

    • Ensure consistent adoption of digital sales tools, CRM workflows, playbooks, and renewal best practices.

    • Reinforce repeatable, scalable renewal motions that balance efficiency with customer experience.

    Forecasting, Pipeline & Operational Excellence

    • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline for the digital renewals team.

    • Monitor leading indicators such as activity levels, coverage ratios, renewal timing, and risk flags.

    • Drive operational excellence in high-volume renewal workflows, continuously identifying and removing friction.

    • Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting to inform performance management, staffing needs, and execution priorities.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales Leadership to align digital renewals execution with broader GTM priorities.

    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to surface health insights and proactively manage renewal risk.

    • Work with Marketing to support digital campaigns, renewal reminders, and scaled customer communications.

    • Provide feedback to Operations, Enablement, and Product teams based on insights from the digital renewals motion.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, digital sales, renewals, or customer lifecycle roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

    • 2+ years of people management experience, leading digital or inside sales teams.

    • Proven track record of leading high-volume sales teams to achieve or exceed quota and renewal targets.

    • Strong experience managing forecasts, pipelines, activity metrics, and performance dashboards.

    • Demonstrated ability to coach digital sales behaviors, productivity, objection handling, and value-based renewal conversations.

    • Experience operating in fast-paced, transactional, metrics-driven sales environments.

    • Ability and willingness to manage and coach teams in-office on a regular basis.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in digital sales, renewals, or subscription-based customer lifecycle roles.

    • 3+ years of experience managing digital or inside sales teams.

    • Experience leading Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) in scaled, high-velocity environments.

    • Familiarity with subscription renewals, usage-based licensing, or recurring revenue models.

    • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and performance dashboards.

    • Experience driving operational improvements, productivity gains, or execution consistency within digital sales organizations.
