Our Team
We are a team of solution engineers within our Named Accounts sales organization, supporting the entire EMEA region. We get to work with some of our most innovative and dynamic customers, helping them identify new ways to solve their business problems using our technology.

Role overview
In this role, you’ll get to showcase your industry and software workflows expertise by partnering with customers. You’ll ask questions, show empathy, and speak their language, taking their problems and translating them into solutions that meet their needs (which equals growth for us!)
Main responsibilities
Collaborate with everyone across the Named Accounts sales and account teams, from account executives, technical solutions executives, and enterprise account sales executives to customer success managers, consulting, and technical account specialists
Work directly with customers, from site operatives all the way to the C-suite, via workshops, scoping pilots, on-site visits, and more
Own the technical sales cycle of PLM opportunities, from discovery, documentation and validation of customer requirements, solution architecture development, demonstration of value, mitigation of customer objections and ultimately, driving the deal to a technical close.
Support strategic engagements within Autodesk to promote and grow our relationships

Minimum Qualifications
PDM/PLM background, experience in manufacturing systems, product development, quality management, or complex enterprise workflows.
Fluent in Business English
Ability to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region, some global travel
Ability to map current and future state workflows, design system architecture and articulate data, integration, and configuration requirements, connecting customer needs to Autodesk PDM/PLM product portfolio.
Capability to position PDM/PLM products in enterprise environments and to support complex enterprise software sales cycles.
Experience in the use of Fusion Manage, Autodesk Vault and Enterprise Add-on for Autodesk Vault (VAO)
Knowledge of JavaScript
A solution-focused approach to solving problems
A technical mindset, curiosity and capacity to learn new technologies
Desired skills
Additional languages per location (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian)
Knowledge of Inventor and its competitive software in the market.
Knowledge of Autodesk Fusion, FlexSim, Tandem and/or Revit
Knowledge of Large Language Models, MCP, Agentic AI and emerging tech in this space
