We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Digital Acquisitionbased in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:
Work with team lead in developing a digital acquisition strategy for consumer wealth products, both through paid acquisition and by creating digital customer journeys for cross-selling and up-selling new products and services, focusing on personalization and contextual relevance.
Utilize existing customer digital behavior, banking activity, and transactional data to identify opportunities for personalized interactions and product recommendations.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to orchestrate and execute personalized customer interactions across various digital touchpoints.
Drive paid acquisition programs with partners, vendors and organic channels
Develop and implement these acquisition programs, working in conjunction with product, marketing, digital product, finance and internal control stakeholders to deliver on acquisition objectives
Influence decisions regarding vendor/agency selection, development of creative assets, copywriting, channel testing strategy.
Manage conversion across the digital acquisition funnel
Own all acquisition and activation touchpoints, including landing pages, application channels, mobile app and website modules
Oversee quality assurance in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
Manage regular reporting related to acquisition and sales
Document and manage quality assurance and record retention as required for internal control processes
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
5-7 years of experience in digital product management, digital acquisition or marketing, with a strong focus on personalization, customer journeys, or omnichannel engagement.
Experience and ability to communicate product propositions and services use social media, search engines, interest forums and other online touchpoints as permitted by prevailing regulations
Experience with wealth, unsecured lending or banking products
Ability to analyze customer data (digital behavior, transactional data) to derive actionable insights and inform journey design.
Experience in sourcing and managing acquisition partnerships
Ability to storytell with numbers
