THE ROLE
The Salesforce Administrator will own Salesforce CRM design and function to support Sales & Marketing needs. Reporting to the VP of Finance, core responsibilities include supporting Sales processes like opportunity entry and pipeline tracking, Marketing Operations like campaign tracking, lead capture and management, and Finance reporting for forecasting and invoicing purposes.
You will be in a key role on a team tasked with maintaining and customizing Zeta’s existing Salesforce CRM instance including connectivity to key plug-ins – LinkedIn, Tableau, Hubspot, NetSuite, Crossbeam, ZoomInfo, as well as Zeta proprietary marketing cloud email and DSP capabilities. You will serve as owner of all data and CRM/marketing automation tools in a fast-paced marketing technology company where we encourage creative solutions and results driven thinking.
You will be part of leadership team conversations, weekly sales calls with Sales SVPs and their direct reports, monthly financial review and cadence reporting, and part of each marketing campaign launched by the VP of Marketing. You must be comfortable managing large imports of customer data, making metrics-driven recommendations, and focused on driving impact to aid company’s growth and team’s success.
Job Description:
- Provide updates to internal teams on new developments, challenges, or general status of various projects
- Process JIRA tickets from across the company that can have a wide range of asks including, but not limited to: 1) Report and Dashboard generation 2) System integration and support 3) Troubleshooting issues 4) Supporting sales process flows for improved communication
- Responding to internal administrative requests when related to CRM or Marketing Automation tools
- Sales Support
- Support the Operations team by optimizing the Salesforce CRM environment to meet the needs of various departments and business units. This includes but is not limited to: Improving the Enterprise Sales team’s opportunity & forecasting process, troubleshooting process breakdowns, modifying and improving existing processes in partnership with the VP of Finance
- Align with sales enablement teams to support account planning initiatives for the Enterprise Sales team
- Assist in onboarding of new team members into CRM and provide internal support during transitional periods.
- Provide support with data cleansing & data management using industry specific tools such Crossbeam, Hubspot and other tools that are plugged into Salesforce.
- Provide support during new development of objects, processes, and environments within CRM environment
- Lead CRM integration efforts required during acquisition of other organizations and technologies
- Marketing Automation Support
- Oversee all marketing automation initiatives for various business units. This includes but is not limited to: Improving Website analytics, Lead Generation, Lead Capturing, Lead Nurturing Campaigns, and final integration into CRM
- Operate across sales and marketing tools for streamlined lead list management, process updates and the continued evolution of lead list go-to-markets
- Ability to manage backend
- Consistently research and make improvements to marketing automation procedures & analyze effectiveness/shortcomings of current processes
- Ability to pulls lead lists of prospects and/or clients directly from paid LinkedIn platform for further targeting reach across email and site
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years-experience in a Sales & Marketing Operations role supporting marketing strategies and sales plans that delivered strong business results
- Administrator experience in managing large data imports/exports via Salesforce or another CRM system
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas of input improvement for system design
- Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
- Understanding of lead generation process and managing sales prospects though a sales pipeline process
- BA/BS required
- Understanding of the latest sales tools and optimizing existing sales software; especially Salesforce
- Able to operate remotely in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment without the need of overhead support
- Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales reporting including sale forecasting, salesforce automation, and territory planning & management
- Self-confident with ability to work remotely with and influence a global, matrixed team
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, gaining trust and confidence as a strategic partner from all levels within the organization
- Very strong work ethic and team player with a positive “do what it takes” attitude
- Problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills.
- Growing analytical skills and ability to interpret and present key findings and recommendations.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skill
This is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville office.

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 depending on location and experience.
