Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in people management, including experience mentoring and managing a team.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud professional services, IT consulting, or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
- Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage implementation of solutions.
- Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, and cyber security.
In this role, you will help customers adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the development of Professional Services, Learning, and Technical Account Manager pitches, strategies, and engagements with our customers to help drive the successful adoption of Google Cloud working alongside our Account teams.

- Activate the Google Cloud Consulting services strategy in Japan, especially by maximizing the consulting services promotion in order to drive Google Cloud value to the customers.
- Focus on promoting the differentiated consulting services with high value to the customers.
- Collaborate with the consulting delivery departments to identify the leads, understand customer issues/opportunities, select the best solution for the customers, develop Statement of work (SOW), and negotiate and close the agreements.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Customer Engineer teams to capture customer requirements and develop a services strategy for individual accounts.
- Drive team performance, building analytics strategies and capabilities to monitor pipeline health. Identify indicators of action and changes needed to achieve a healthy pipeline, value, and productivity measures.
