 role is part of the Decision Support and Insights Group Finance team supporting the Product Engineering team, and is designed to participate in various initiatives, help provide expense/capex financial support and drive consistent use of tools while at the same time identifying areas of efficiencies and communicating best practices.

About the Role:

  • Support the month close and Forecast / Plan activities – maintain templates, consolidation of numbers, submission into Onestream, reports & dashboards, ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Review financial assumptions and estimates to ensure they are reasonable and accurate, and assist in operationalising the forecast.
  • Provide expense/capex financial support to the Product Engineering team.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Build a functional and technical skills foundation.
  • Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver additional value to the business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement (in the form of simplification/automation of processes).
  • Contribute to the preparation of business presentations/briefing notes.
  • Use of simplification tools like high-end MS Excel formulae and Power BI.
  • Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management.

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Senior Analyst if your background includes:

  • Eligibility: Minimum 4 years of experience in the Finance domain with relevant knowledge in accounting, financial analysis & reporting.
  • Enthusiastic - open for learning and a can-do mentality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
  • MS Excel expertise and exposure to automation and data visualisation tools.
