To lead the analysis, implementation, support and continuous improvement of Sales Force KPIs (such as sales quotas, territory performance, incentives plan, deployments) according to international guidelines and local business needs.
In this role, you will partner with sales leadership, business excellence and marketing teams to ensure sales performance is analyzed and measured according to strategy, business needs, ensure sales force optimization and provide accurate data and insights for performance and analytics to drive strategic and business improvements.
- Management of sales database for analysis and measurement of sales force performance
- Consolidation and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly sales tracking
- Creation and update KPIs dashboards
- Calculate and communicate sales quota per territory aligned to international guidelines, brand and business objectives
- Create and communicate annual Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) aligned to international guidelines, brand and business objectives. Lead Incentives Committee with Local Leadership Team.
- Reporting of sales performance, trends and KPIs
- Analysis of salesforce performance and territories, market opportunities and business needs to ensure effectiveness on sales structure
- Develop and implement sales force deployments
- Work closely with marketing and sales directions for strategy alignment and business needs timely identification
- Direct communication and teamwork with International Business Excellence (SFE and analytics) for alignments, guidelines and support in order to ensure strategy execution in country to optimize efforts and utilizing resources in the best possible way.
- Ensure the correct process and way of work to leverage on current and new key initiatives/tools and embed this new way of work across commercial teams through a strong continuous improvement program.
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial operations, commercial excellence, SFE or analytics areas
- Preferable within the pharmaceutical/medical device/OTC/Aesthetics Business
- Advanced proven experience in: Excel, data bases, Power BI, Veeva, SAP
