enior/Staff Product Designer  to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.  

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You will be involved in the full product development cycle, from brainstorming product innovations to conducting research and running usability testing sessions, to propose simple design solutions used by our Partners Worldwide.

Our Partner’s Onboarding and Integrations segment's vision is to empower our Quick Commerce partners with the best solutions to integrate with our services and run their businesses successfully through our customer-facing applications. By creating seamless user experiences, we help them effortlessly operate, fulfill orders, and scale their businesses across any of our brands.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design strategy to be in sync with the product strategy and vision by collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.

  • Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

  • Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.

  • Deliver production-ready, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using Figma as your primary tool.

  • Become the voice of the user by bringing their narrative to the forefront of any product discussion.

  • Be responsible for promoting design solutions and best practices within your team and across the organization, inspiring creativity, and challenging established thinking.


Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong web and mobile portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach for both and a deep understanding of problem-solving.

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, specifically in heavy data B2B products, is essential. Experience with Figma's distributed version control tools is required.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your operational expertise in prioritization and time management will be key to navigating the complex Partner’s Onboarding and Integrations Tribe.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading research initiatives and design initiatives. You should be comfortable advocating for your design proposals through clear narratives and data-driven insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders to align on goals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Experience in a leadership and mentorship role is highly valued.
