Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Partner with business, security, and operations teams to align automation strategy with organizational objectives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling in RPA and intelligent automation technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate, pilot, and recommend emerging RPA capabilities and cognitive automation tools for integration into the COE's service offerings.
  • Configure and manage Non-Person Accounts (NPAs) essential for RPA solution enablement, ensuring appropriate access, auditability, and segregation of duties.
  • Design, implement, and monitor technical security controls specific to UiPath and ServiceNow RPA platforms, ensuring compliance with Deloitte's and client's security standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the current UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) AWS infrastructure, as well as the migration and management of the ServiceNow RPA solution, to ensure robust, scalable, and secure operations for the Center of Excellence (COE).

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technology related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Must be willing to work on site in Chantilly, VA 100% of the time
  • 4+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure in a secure cloud environment
  • 4+ years of experience maintaining and improving DevOps Processes
  • 4+ years of experience maintaining IT security requirements in a secure IT environment
  • 3+ years of comprehensive knowledge of leading ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software capabilities and solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow RPA software infrastructure.
