We are looking for students of 3rd year (BSc Level) or 1st year (Master level) for a position: Intern supporting product and process quality improvements and cost optimization.
Your responsibilities
Preparing multidimensional field and test failure analyses based on internal quality systems
Supporting preparation of quality alerts and updating quality inspection cards based on critical findings
Analyzing quality data from non-conformity reporting (NCR), looking for patterns or similarities across product lines
Supporting analyses of product and processes in respect of product and manufacturing process optimization
Participating in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of different product groups (Distribution, Traction, Power and Dry Transformers)
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets.
Supporting the team in implementation of a quality improvement plan
Your background
III year (BSc Level) or 1st year (MSc) student at the Faculty of Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge of technical English, knowledge of Polish will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of CAD programs (i.e. PTC Creo, SolidWorks)
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Basic knowledge of VBA and PowerBI will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques (FMEA, DFA) will be an advantage
