Electrician
As an Electrician, you’re part of the team that keeps our facility running at its best. You’ll maintain and repair electrical and control systems that support daily production, safety, and quality. The work you do helps ensure our equipment runs reliably and the products we make meet the standards people trust. You’ll collaborate with teammates across maintenance and production and may help train others, supporting a workplace where learning and shared expertise matter.

- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and control systems used in manufacturing and packaging operations
· Diagnose and repair PLCs, servo systems, frequency drives, motors, sensors, switches, and related electrical components
· Read and use blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete repairs and installations accurately
· Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules to improve equipment reliability and performance
· Install and change machine components and adjust systems to support efficient, high-quality production
· Use standard hand and power tools to complete electrical work safely and correctly
· Support production teams by sharing technical expertise and training others on job tasks as needed
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
· Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
· Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
· High school diploma or GED
· 5 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
· Proficiency with electrical circuits, schematics, PLCs, servo motors, and industrial electrical systems (including 460/220V, 3-phase wiring)
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
· Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
· Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and humidity across plant areas
SKILLS:
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Basic math and mechanical understanding
· Attention to safety, quality, and detail
· Comfortable using computers and electronic systems for tracking and documentation
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to share knowledge, communicate clearly, and support continuous learning
· Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The approximate pay for this position is $41.53. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
