Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

VCA Implementation Services (VIS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.

We are looking for a Cards Payment Project Manager to support Visa clients in Turkey in the successful execution and growth of their debit card portfolios and credit card loyalty programs.

This role has two primary focus areas:

• Defining and executing debit/credit card product strategy to drive portfolio growth through data-driven analysis
• Analyzing and enhancing card loyalty programs by applying industry best practices and supporting product improvements and new product launches aligned with customer needs

The role requires strong market insight, structured project delivery capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within complex organizations and multi-stakeholder program structures. Proven experience and hands-on knowledge of industry best practices in cards and loyalty programs is essential.

The key deliverables / responsibilities for the role include:

Delivery Leadership (Internal & Client Facing):

• Lead end to end delivery of internal VIS Hub initiatives, including requirements definition, governance setup, change execution, quality assurance, and progress oversight.
• Establishing governance processes for client facing projects, running effective governance forums, and producing high quality Steer Co materials for senior leadership alignment and decision making.

Governance, Quality & Best Practice:

• Act as a delivery SME, working with VIS Cluster/Pod Leads to define and embed best-in-class delivery practices, tools, methodologies, and artefacts.
• Implement process for defining success metrics, tracking ROI, and feeding back into quality management and go to market collateral / solution development
• Create and maintain robust, well governed project templates and delivery standards that ensure clarity, control, and traceability of outcomes.
• Identify and drive improvements to ways of working, championing best practice adoption across VIS.

Stakeholder & Cross Functional Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Visa and client organisations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to enable smooth execution, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Understand client objectives and needs, ensuring deliverables are aligned to meaningful business outcomes.

Professional Execution & Standards:

• Deliver consistently high-quality work, managing competing priorities effectively and maintaining exceptional standards in fast paced, changing environments.
• Model delivery excellence and continuous improvement behaviours, setting the tone for professionalism and accountability across programmes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change or transformation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong project management skills, with practical experience in Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies, and in managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate governance structures, produce high-quality delivery artefacts, and confidently lead SteerCo and decision-making forums.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think strategically, remove barriers, and provide actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills — articulate, audience-aware, and able to simplify complex information.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, reprioritising quickly, and maintaining high standards in fast-moving environments.
• Experience defining success metrics, tracking ROI, and applying data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
