The Head of Portfolio Marketing is a senior leader responsible for directing the development, analysis, and execution of portfolio-level marketing strategies for Facial, Body, Skin, and coordination with Plastics within AA. This role uniquely oversees the sole function uniting the leading Medical Aesthetics brands, developing and executing integrated strategies that maximize brand synergies and market impact. Highly cross-functional in nature, the position requires exceptional collaboration across brand teams and with stakeholders such as Finance, Field, PR, Operations, Medical Affairs, ALLE, and GCD. Key competencies for success include strategic vision, advanced analytical and data-driven decision making, excellent communication and influence skills, and a strong track record of building effective relationships across diverse teams and external partners, including agencies and key opinion leaders.
The Head of Portfolio Marketing is also accountable for ensuring compliance with all medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines, championing innovation and continuous improvement, and fostering an inclusive and high-performance team culture. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management and the ability to successfully manage change in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the portfolio strategy of the AA US Brands to include annual brand planning for the portfolio that aligns to the overall AA brand strategy and individual brand strategy. Works with individual brands, Finance and other partners to integrate the individual AA brands into a collective strategy. Define and monitor portfolio KPIs, including sales growth, market penetration, ROI, and customer engagement and report portfolio outcomes and insights to executive leadership
- Ensures the execution of the portfolio strategy by leading team to develop and implement portfolio strategy initiatives. Will work with Consumer marketing, AMI and field teams to ensure Portfolio initiatives are successfully launched in respective channels. Will work with MABI and other teams to measure the success of and ROI of said programs and initiatives,
- Ensures development Product Managers and other direct reports. Specific skill development includes market and financial, sales and expense budget/forecast development and monitoring analysis, strategy development and effectiveness and efficiency in development/implementation of key business drivers. Provides professional development, coaching and counseling of direct staff. Develops an effective team.
- Support brand teams with assistance with programs like the Monthly Marketing Call, Veeva uploads and management and other portfolio brand items as needed
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 10+ years Brand Management in the aesthetic and/or health field
- Demonstrated experience leading teams within a cross functional matrixed organization
- Supervisory experience required
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate travel required for leadership meetings, conferences, field visits, and cross-functional workshops.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
