Skills and Competencies

  • Strong, demonstrated facilitation expertise delivering engaging learning experiences to large, global, and cross‑functional audiences; required to ensure consistent, high‑impact learning delivery at scale. 
  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end execution of enterprise learning programs, including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics, and facilitator preparation; required to ensure seamless program delivery. 
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt facilitation style in real time based on audience needs and seniority; required for effective engagement and influence. 
  • Comfortable using learner data, feedback, and Net Promoter Score insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness; required to drive measurable impact and quality improvement. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency; preferred to support innovation in learning delivery and facilitation. Includes awareness of responsible and ethical AI use. 
  • Experience designing or contributing to scalable learning program frameworks in a global or matrixed organization; desired to support enterprise reuse and consistency


Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a related role.

 

Responsibilities

Lead the facilitation and delivery of enterprise‑wide skills programs, ensuring engaging, inclusive, and high‑impact learning experiences for global audiences. 

  • Serve as lead facilitator for enterprise skills programs, delivering high‑quality virtual and in‑person learning experiences to global, cross‑functional audiences (35%). 
  • Adapt facilitation approach in real time to learner engagement levels, cultural context, and audience seniority, operating with a high degree of autonomy (15%). 
  • Own end‑to‑end execution of learning programs, including planning, scheduling, facilitator readiness, participant communications, and logistics management (20%). 
  • Partner with Learning Partners, People Business Partners, and business stakeholders to translate skill gaps into clear learning objectives and facilitation outcomes (10%). 
  • Track participation, attendance, learner feedback, and Net Promoter Score results, synthesizing insights to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness (10%). 
  • Leverage learning technologies, digital collaboration platforms, and generative AI‑enabled tools to enhance facilitation quality and learner engagement, while applying responsible AI practices (10%).

The Talent Development team is responsible for building enterprise‑wide capabilities that enable employees to develop the skills needed to perform, grow, and adapt in a changing business environment.
