Skills and Competencies 
5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful, multi-team technical projects.
Proficiency in Java and C#/.Net programming languages.
Experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server), Columnar data storage and NoSQL data stores.
Expertise in developing production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with cloud-native applications using Docker & Kubernetes, as well as on-premise solutions.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Solid grasp of software design principles and writing well-tested, high-quality code.
Knowledge and experience of multi-threading, memory management, and query processing.
Ability to design solutions with application scalability, availability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness in mind.
Resilience and adaptability in navigating organizational and technical change.
Deep knowledge of testing strategies and system health maintenance for complex systems.
 
Education 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
 
Responsibilities 
Develop, deliver and maintain backend services and public APIs.
Implement product features by following all phases of software development lifecycle.
