Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmer Analyst (C12) to join our dynamic team with, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Workflow, BPMN, Case management and UI development practices, contributing significantly to our core platforms and services.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in development and leading/co-leading small sized development teams
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Test, maintain, Deploy highly effective, manageable, monitorable workflows and case management flows.
  • Integrate above workflow solutions with Internal and external systems.
  • Contribute to the architectural design, implementation, and evolution of workflow and rules solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement event-driven architecture leveraging Kafka message streaming and processing.
  • Perform mandated code reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Extensive experience in building scalable, distributed, highly available systems.
  • Extensive experience integrating with workflow engines and SAAS systems.
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests, automation tests and familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices.

Required Tech Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with workflow (BPM and CMN) tools like Fenergo, Pega, IBM BPM, IBM BAW, jBPM, Camunda etc
  • Experience with developing out of box UI framework and/or integrating with UI technologies like React, Angular for Front end interfaces.
  • Integrate of workflow solutions with Internal Citi systems using REST API, messaging Events, Data files and other ways the workflow tools offers.
  • Experience with developing and/or integrating with Business rules management systems (BRMS) engine like Drools, IBM BAM, IBM ODM etc
  • Experience with life cycle management and troubleshooting of journey/workflows and their instances in live Production systems
  • Extensive experience in designing data models and hands on with multiple RDBMS databases like Oracle, SQl sevrer, DB2 and noSQL like MongoDB, Data Streaming.
  • Experience integrating with data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Celonis)
  • Familiarity with Oauth2, JWT, and HashiCorp Vault, Citi’s COIN for advanced authentication and authorization mechanisms.
