As a Specialist in the People Partner & Manager Support Team you will be responsible for providing a best in class experience to our people managers by being the first point of contact to advise on policies and employee life cycle related processes thereby enabling those managers to effectively manage and lead their teams. Your expertise and guidance will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving organisational success.

  • Coach & advise managers and employees on day-to-day people-related operations and labor law issues (e.g. employee interviews, compliance cases)
  • Analyse data and trends to provide input for business strategy, partnering with People Business Partners to prevent recurring issues
  • Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Pay review processes as well as on policies. 
  • Advise & enable managers on Workday related processes & changes
  • Collaborate with the Hero Support and People Business Partner team(s) on people processes, change management etc. 
  • Taking on and participating in cross functional  projects

Qualifications
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in a People Operations / Junior HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Basic Knowledge of German Labor law
  • You get excited about the opportunity to make an impact and drive solutions
  • High business acumen and bias to action, when faced with a  problem you see an opportunity to improve processes 
  • Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS tools
  • Fluency in English, other languages are considered a plus
