Job Details

To ensure project delivery in line with the management-approved roadmap, coordinate with all stakeholders to keep them informed of the latest updates and provide guidance to the team as required.

About the Role:
  • To define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Build, motivate, and guide project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring performance.
  • Oversee daily project activities, track progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise.
  • Good experience in working on Third party tools and tax software’s.
  • Manage updating the SurePrep system as per software updates on regular basis by using in-house tools.
  • Updating of new and existing data on the required environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by concerned teams and see to it that it gets resolved ASAP.
  • Serve as the primary contact, providing status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide project progress report to Management.
  • Building an AI‑first mindset to streamline operations and reduce repetitive manual tasks

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Commerce or a related field.
  • Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • 8 + Yrs of relevant experience.
  • Provide valuable ideas for improving the functionality of our Software/Applications.
  • Documenting issues related to third party applications.
  • Entrusted with the responsibility of testing the in-house developed application and reporting any issues found.
  • Working on client specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of third-party tools and tax software’s
  • Basics for working on Microsoft SQL.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
