- 5+ years in a technical role such as a systems or software engineer, technical business systems analyst or similar
- Strong problem‑solving ability with a focus on translating business needs into practical low‑code and no‑code AI solutions
- Ability to facilitate innovation sessions with each Line of Business (LOB) to surface ideas, understand workflows, and identify automation and AI opportunities
- Experience delivering AI solutions using tools such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, Copilot Studio Lite and Full
- Capability to create step‑by‑step solution tutorials and guide LOB teams through adoption of low‑code AI tools
- Ability to develop custom connectors to common tools used or developed within Moody's
- Comfort working cross‑functionally and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical partners
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI‑powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Meet with each LOB to understand processes, pain points, and AI‑driven improvement opportunities
- Plan and lead Innovation Day‑style sessions to showcase available AI tools and gather use cases
- Develop low‑code/no‑code AI solutions leveraging n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio Lite and Full
- Create clear documentation and tutorials to support solution rollout and end‑user adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on solution design
- Ensure scalable, responsible, and secure use of AI tools aligned with organizational standards
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to validate, test, and deploy solutions
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $103,800.00-$150,600.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
