Cloud Architect - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Designs and implements data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks Notebooks for processes including Ingestion, PriceAsPromised, and Digital Refunds.
• Provides Python code reviews and technical guidance for Data Domain and RPA automation solutions.
• Supports the ColdFusion Refactor Team by reviewing vendor REACT code submissions and actively using Claude Code to modernize legacy ColdFusion applications.
• Collaborates effectively with product teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks Notebooks for end-to-end pipelines (ingestion and downstream processing use cases such as pricing and refunds).
• Strong Python expertise, including conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance across data engineering and automation (including RPA solutions).
• Hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications, including reviewing React code submissions, supporting refactor efforts (e.g., ColdFusion modernization), and effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate modernization safely.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with product teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive root cause resolution, and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
