Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new and nurture existing client relationships, taking full ownership of high-profile institutional accounts from acquisition to long-term partnership.
• Collaborate with the wider Markets Team to provide comprehensive execution service to our global client base.
• Deliver a superior level of customer service, cementing client loyalty and enhancing Citi's market reputation.
• Serve as a key intermediary in trading for clients, providing expert coverage and actionable market insights.
• Proactively market Citigroup’s world-class execution capabilities and contribute to the team's overall trading strategy.
• Ensure seamless execution of trades while navigating market dynamics and client needs.
• Champion a culture of responsible finance, ethical conduct, and robust governance and controls.
• Work in close partnership with control functions, including Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, and Audit, to maintain a best-in-class control infrastructure.
• Appropriately assess the risk/reward of all business decisions, with a steadfast focus on protecting the firm's reputation, clients, and assets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a sales trading, capital markets, or related role.
• Client Management: Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with major institutional clients.
• Market Knowledge: Deep, technical understanding of equity trading, diverse trading strategies, and overall market structure.
• Communication: Exceptional and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Influence: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience,
• Languages: Fluent English, Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
