Job Description

Visa’s Associate Product Manager (APM) Internship Program is designed to immerse you in the world of product management at the center of global payments and technology. As an APM Intern, you’ll work on meaningful, high‑impact product initiatives while partnering closely with experienced Product Managers and cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Marketing.

Throughout the summer, you’ll build foundational product management skills, deepen your understanding of Visa’s products and platforms, and gain hands‑on experience bringing ideas from concept to execution - all with structured support, mentorship, and feedback to help you grow and make an impact.

In addition to your core project work, you’ll participate in exclusive learning and development sessions, including exposure to senior product leaders and the broader Visa organization, providing insight into how Visa designs, builds, and scales products used in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.

At the end of the summer, you’ll have the opportunity to present your work and learnings to Product leadership.

Internship Experience

APM Interns are placed on product teams based on their background, interests, and Visa’s organizational priorities. Interns will support real product initiatives and contribute directly to product discovery, delivery, and go‑to‑market efforts.

  • Go‑to‑Market & Commercialization
Collaborate with Product Marketing and regional teams to support product launches and adoption.
