Qualifications

Required

• 6+ years of Leading end-to-end delivery of machine learning (ML)-driven product features, combining hands-on data science with product strategy, stakeholder leadership, and team execution.
• 6+ years of Delivering cutting-edge value-based care (VBC) contract financial simulation capabilities for a top national healthcare organization, driving measurable impact through rapid iteration and demo-driven alignment.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Applied ML/statistics and experimentation; comfort working in ambiguity
• Experience shipping ML/analytics solutions as product functionality. Strong stakeholder management and executive-ready communication
