DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

 Ensure smooth warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods, preventing discrepancies and delays in the supply chain.

 Optimize space and workflow through precise sorting, labeling, and storage, helping maintain an efficient and organized warehouse environment.

 Support reliable delivery performance by consistently picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet customer expectations and cycle-time standards.

 Strengthen workplace safety by actively identifying, correcting, and reporting hazards, promoting a culture of accountability and shared responsibility.

 Protect product quality and reduce costs by performing thorough quality checks, identifying non-conforming materials, and escalating issues before they impact customers.

 Operate equipment confidently and correctly , contributing to productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the flow of materials through the facility.

 Enhance team effectiveness through clear communication, collaboration with cross-functional groups, and participation in continuous improvement efforts.

 Maintain a clean, safe, and high-performing work area by completing housekeeping, routine maintenance, and operator care tasks that keep equipment reliable and processes efficient.

Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience: 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.  Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Info:

We prefer applicants with prior PIV experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/or electric pallet jacks, but we are willing to train the right individual. Also helpful, Microsoft office knowledge and use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally but not required.
