Senior Inventory Fulfillment Coordinator
Our Technology Team partners with teams across the globe to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-focused IT services that support Expedia Group employees. We work closely with onsite Field Services, regional partners, and global stakeholders to ensure employees have the right hardware, at the right time, with a seamless experience.

We are looking for a senior-level individual contributor responsible for end-to-end IT hardware asset operations across the EMEA and APAC regions.
This role owns regional hardware ordering, lifecycle management, ServiceNow (SNOW) task escalation support, CMDB data integrity, and stockroom audit readiness. The Senior IT Hardware Asset Coordinator partners closely with procurement, vendors, IT operations, and workplace teams to ensure accurate asset tracking, compliance, availability, and continuous process improvement across regions.
What you will do:
- Place and manage IT hardware orders for EMEA and APAC
- Own the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, refreshment and secure decommissioning
- Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking and chain-of-custody throughout the lifecycle
- Support and escalate ServiceNow asset-related tasks for regional and onsite coordinators
- Maintain accurate and compliant asset and CI records within the ServiceNow CMDB
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and remediation to ensure database accuracy
- Conduct onsite and regional stockroom audits across EMEA and APAC
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances, ensuring that stockroom processes align with audit, security and compliance requirements
- Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and operational consistency
- Assist with asset-related incidents and issue investigations by gathering, validating and documenting required information
- Apply technical and operational expertise to resolve service disruptions in coordination with IT operations, workplace and security teams
- Identify opportunities for improving asset lifecycle, inventory and CMDB processes
- Create clear, concise and well-organized communication materials (procedures, guidelines, audit findings, status updates)
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when adopting new tools, processes or regional requirements
Experience and qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing or IT operations
- Bachelor's degree, technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Proven experience managing the full hardware asset lifecycle (procurement through decommissioning)
- Experience supporting global or multi-region environments (EMEA and/or APAC strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB
- Experience supporting or acting as an escalation point for junior coordinators or support teams
- IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow or supply-chain related certifications are a plus
- Experience working with vendors, logistics partners and internal procurement teams
