As a Digital Workplace Presales Consultant, you’ll partner closely with sales teams and clients to design impactful, customer-centric solutions that drive value and accelerate growth. You'll work across collaboration platforms, unified communications, enterprise mobility, and cloud-based workplace technologies.
You will support the full presales cycle by shaping high-quality Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring proposals are commercially sound, technically accurate, and aligned with customer needs. Your insights will help win deals, expand our market presence, and elevate the strategic positioning of our Digital Workplace portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Scope and size opportunities alongside sales teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Design tailored Digital Workplace solutions that align with customer needs and SoftwareOne’s service capabilities.
Build high-quality proposals and Statements of Work, defining deliverables, timelines, and commercial alignment.
Support presales activities, including customer workshops, demos, presentations, and solution positioning.
Maintain and enhance solution collateral, collaborating with marketing to create compelling sales assets.
Provide market insights, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation, cross-sell and upsell.
