Your Team

The Performance Management team is focused on driving operational excellence through strategic project execution and data-driven insights. We collaborate across departments to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact. Your Role

As a Lead, you will lead enhancement and analytics projects using project management principles and data visualization tools. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring development activities across cross-functional teams. You will also create dashboards using internal data sources to support business decisions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will lead project calls and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The Experience You Bring

Industry Knowledge
  • Strong understanding in financial service organizations and/ or financial systems
  • Candidate should possess a strong understanding of core financial processes, including end-to-end cycles such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) (mandatory)
  • Oracle application knowledge preferred
Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies (mandatory)
  • Experience in creating project plans, kick-off decks, and managing end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, development, and QA
  • Experience in creating and managing project documentation and planning tools
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and issue management
  • Knowledge utilizing a defect management tool; i.e., Zephyr Scale, Bugzilla, etc. is added advantage
  • Familiarity with CAB (Change Advisory Board) and other governance processes before deployment
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes
  • Familiarity with testing cycles, i.e., system integration testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Exposure to enhancement projects and operational excellence initiatives
Excellent communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written)
  • Candidate must be self-driven and confident leading calls with stakeholders
  • Ability to lead project calls and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in engaging and aligning multiple stakeholders
Documentation & Reporting
  • Strong skills in creating and managing project documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI (mandatory), and Alteryx for data preparation, visualization, and analytics
Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Attention to Detail & Multi-tasking
  • Managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail without compromising quality (mandatory)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
