As our Senior P&C Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for in-house payroll operations in Poland supporting payroll and data accuracy across the wider CEE region. You will handle key HR admin tasks - from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining employee records, managing absences, and ensuring our HR systems (Workday) stay tidy and up to date. However, the key responsibilities will be in-house payroll (including B2B). You will collaborate closely with colleagues across borders, so communication, structure, and teamwork will be your daily superpowers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processes for Poland (including B2B), ensuring accuracy and local compliance
• Manage HR administration from payroll perspective: onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates
• Support contractor’s administrative processes, such as accesses, contract preparation, and workday HR system data
• Manage multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)
• Assist with HR Ops agenda for Poland
• Maintain employee data with precision and care
• Support HR lifecycle processes and partner with Finance, auditors, and local authorities
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to key HR initiatives and projects
